Aqua-Cycle® - Terms of Sale

Prices: Aqua-Cycles are manufactured to the highest standards and from the best products. They are built in the United States to be very rugged and last for many years, even in very difficult environments. We wish they could be made less expensively, but that would require us to compromise quality. We are not willing to make them "cheaper."

Price Lists: Our published prices are our selling prices. We do not have different Price Lists for retail customers, dealers, wholesalers, distributors, export customers, etc. We sell using the same price list for everyone, based upon quantity. You are always quoted our lowest price the very first time. If you wish to resell our products these are still our prices to you, but you can accummulate previous purchases to determine the price of the current order. We do not offer sales commissions on sales.

Accumulate Best Column Pricing: You can accumulate all previous purchases to determine the price column for your current order. In other words, if you have already ordered 9 Aqua-Cycles® from us and now need one more, your 10th unit would be priced at the column pricing for 10.

Payment Terms: We require payment with your order. Once we have your payment in full we will schedule your order for shipment.

Exceptions: If you have a unique situation which requires individual attention please let us know and we will do our best to adjust.

Pro Forma Invoice: If you need a Pro Forma invoice for your lender or accounting department prior to making payment let us know. A Pro Forma invoice is good for 30 days.

Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Estimate 5-10 days for standard delivery. Depending upon the time of year and holidays shipping time can vary. We strive to get your order out quickly, but we cannot control shipping lines or our suppliers.
